GMAC Breaks Ground for Davao Cold Storage

GMAC Logitech Refrigeration Corporation (GMAC) announced the start of construction of a new 11,798-pallet cold storage facility in Panabo City, Davao del Norte. The groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday, March 12 at ANFLO Industrial Estates. GMAC Davao is the second cold storage facility that GMAC is building following the opening of its first temperature-controlled facility in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro in 2023.​

GMAC Chairman and President, Archie Yan believes that with an efficient and strategic logistics and warehousing system, GMAC Davao can assist in the preservation and transport of food products in the region. “[Our] scale and technology are important to keep the goods preserved and transport them from the farmers or local food producers to the manufacturers, importers, quick service restaurants, and convenient stores.”​
