IWM Opens New Hazardous Waste Facility

AC Logistics’ total waste management solutions company, Integrated Waste Management (IWM) opened a new hazardous waste warehouse situated inside the IWM Trece Martires, Cavite City Plant on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

From the original 300-ton capacity warehouse, the new 850-sqm hazardous waste warehouse will now be able to collect, store, process, and properly dispose 580 tons of hazardous waste from various regions.

IWM pioneered hazardous waste management in the country, properly managing and processing health care, pharmaceutical, and industrial wastes such as medical and pathological wastes, expired medicines and vaccines, solvents, resins, fluorescent bulbs, and electronic wastes. IWM is the leading partner of government and private institutions in proper medical and hazardous waste management.

IWM also processes non-hazardous wastes such as recyclables, compostables, and residuals.
